  MYQLIQUE is dedicated to helping our Representatives experience their own sense of happiness by building their own business, discovering new friends and realizing success that have once only been a dream.
 
SECTION 1 - Introduction
 
Policies and Success Plan Incorporated into Representative Agreement :-
These Policies and Procedures, in their present form and as amended at the sole discretion of MYQLIQUE, LLC (hereafter “MYQLIQUE” or the “Company”), are incorporated into, and form an integral part of, the MYQLIQUE Representative Agreement. Throughout these Policies, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to the MYQLIQUE Representative Application and Agreement, these Policies and Procedures, the MYQLIQUE Success Plan, and the MYQLIQUE Business Entity Registration Form (if applicable). These documents are incorporated by reference into the MYQLIQUE Representative Agreement (all in their current form and as amended by MYQLIQUE). It is the responsibility of each Representative to read, understand, adhere to, and ensure that he or she is aware of and operating under the most current version of these Policies and Procedures. When sponsoring or enrolling a new Representative, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring Representative to provide the most current version of these Policies and Procedures and the MYQLIQUE Success Plan to the applicant prior to his or her execution of the Representative Agreement. The Representative Agreement constitutes the entire contract between MYQLIQUE and the Representative. Any promises, representations, offers, or other communications not expressly set forth in the Representative Agreement are of no force and effect.
 
Purpose of Policies
 
MYQLIQUE is a direct selling company that markets web services and other products as MYQLIQUE chooses to sell through Independent Representatives. It is important to understand that your success and the success of your fellow Representatives is dependent upon the integrity of the individuals who market our products. To clearly define the relationship that exists between Representatives and MYQLIQUE, and to explicitly set a standard for acceptable business conduct, MYQLIQUE has established the Agreement. MYQLIQUE Representatives are required to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Agreement which MYQLIQUE may amend at its sole discretion from time to time, as well as all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws governing their MYQLIQUE business and their conduct. Because you may be unfamiliar with many of these standards of practice, it is very important that you read and abide by the Agreement. Please review the information in these Policies and Procedures carefully. It explains and governs the relationship between you, as an independent contractor and the Company. If you have any questions regarding any policy or rule, do not hesitate to seek an answer from your Sponsor or from MYQLIQUE.
 
Changes to the Agreement
 
Because federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws, as well as the business environment, periodically change, MYQLIQUE reserves the right to amend the Agreement and its prices in its sole and absolute discretion. By signing the Representative Agreement, a Representative agrees to abide by all amendments or modifications that MYQLIQUE elects to make. Amendments shall be effective upon notice to all Representatives that the Agreement has been modified. Notification of amendments shall be published in official MYQLIQUE materials. The Company shall provide or make available to all Representatives a complete copy of the amended provisions by one or more of the following methods: (1) posting on the Company’s official website; (2) electronic mail (e-mail); (3) fax-on-demand; (4) voice mail system broadcast; (5) inclusion in Company periodicals; (6) inclusion in product orders or bonus checks; or (7) special mailings. The continuation of a Representative’s MYQLIQUE business or a Representative’s acceptance of bonuses or commissions constitutes acceptance of any and all amendments.
 
Delays
 
MYQLIQUE shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance of its obligations when performance is made commercially impracticable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, labor difficulties, riot, war, fire, death, curtailment of a party’s source of supply, or government decrees or orders.
 
Policies and Provisions Sever able
 
If any provision of the Agreement, in its current form or as may be amended, is found to be invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, only the invalid portion(s) of the provision shall be severed and the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as if such invalid, or unenforceable provision never comprised a part of the Agreement.
 
Waiver
 
The Company never gives up its right to insist on compliance with the Agreement and with the applicable laws governing the conduct of a Representative or a MYQLIQUE business. No failure of MYQLIQUE to exercise any right or power under the Agreement or to insist upon strict compliance by a Representative with any obligation or provision of the Agreement, and no custom or practice of the parties at variance with the terms of the Agreement, shall constitute a waiver of the Company’s right to demand exact compliance with the Agreement. Waiver by MYQLIQUE can be effected only in writing by an authorized officer of the Company.

The Company’s waiver of any particular breach by a Representative, or the Company’s waiver of any particular provision of the Representative Agreement or these Policies and Procedures, shall not affect or impair the Company’s rights with respect to any subsequent breach, nor shall it affect in any way the rights or obligations of any other Representative. Nor shall any delay or omission by MYQLIQUE to exercise any right arising from a breach affect or impair the Company’s rights as to that or any subsequent breach.

The existence of any claim or cause of action of a Representative against MYQLIQUE shall not constitute a defense to the Company’s enforcement of any term or provision of the Agreement.
 
SECTION 2 - Myqlique Services
 
MYQLIQUE Services, Products and Tools
The Services, Products and Tools available from MYQLIQUE revolve around the creation and development of a unique social network. Benefits from the social network include expansion of friendship circles, expansion of business opportunities through business networking, and geographical expansion through national and global networking.
 
SECTION 3 - Becoming A Representative
 
Requirements to Become a Representative
To become a MYQLIQUE Representative, each applicant must:
a.
Be of the age of majority in his or her state or country of residence
b.
Submit a properly completed Representative Application and Agreement to MYQLIQUE.
The Company reserves the right to reject any applications for a new Representative or applications for renewal.
 
No Purchase Required
 
No person is required to purchase a Starter Kit, MYQLIQUE products or sales aids, or to pay any charge or fee to become a Representative.
 
New Representative Enrollment
 
MYQLIQUE provides a convenient method for new Representatives to enroll. An applicant may enroll online at the Company’s website or at the personal MYQLIQUE website of his or her Sponsor.
 
Representative Benefits
 
Once a Representative Application and Agreement has been accepted by MYQLIQUE, the benefits of the Success Plan and the Representative Agreement are available to the new Representative. These benefits include the right to:
a.
Purchase MYQLIQUE products;
b.
Sell MYQLIQUE services and products through the Representative’s website and profit from these sales;
c. Participate in the MYQLIQUE Success Plan (receive bonuses and commissions, if eligible);
d. Sponsor other individuals as Representatives into the MYQLIQUE business and thereby, build a marketing organization and progress through the MYQLIQUE Success Plan;
e. Receive periodic MYQLIQUE literature and other MYQLIQUE communications;
f. Participate in MYQLIQUE-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable; and
g. Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by MYQLIQUE for its Representatives.
 
Renewal of MYQLIQUE Business
 
The term of this Agreement is one year. This Agreement will be automatically renewed annually on each anniversary date of this Agreement and will remain in effect until:
a.
I elect to alter or change my status with MYQLIQUE by submitting a new signed MSR, or
b.
I cancel this MSR pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or
c. MYQLIQUE cancels this Agreement upon written notice to me at my address set forth herein or the last known address on file, which I agree MYQLIQUE may do at any time in its sole discretion. MYQLIQUE reserves the right to add annual renewal requirements upon sending written notification to MYQLIQUE Representatives and/or upon posting notification at the MYQLIQUE website.
 
SECTION 4 - Operating Myqlique Business
 
Adherence to the MYQLIQUE Success Plan
Representatives must adhere to the terms of the MYQLIQUE Success Plan as set forth in official MYQLIQUE literature. Representatives shall not offer the MYQLIQUE opportunity through, or in combination with, any other system, program, or method of marketing other than that specifically set forth in official MYQLIQUE literature. Representatives shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Representatives to participate in MYQLIQUE in any manner that varies from the program as set forth in official MYQLIQUE literature. Representatives shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Representatives to execute any agreement or contract other than official MYQLIQUE agreements and contracts in order to become a MYQLIQUE Representative. Similarly, Representatives shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Representatives to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the MYQLIQUE Success Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official MYQLIQUE literature.

When you set up a services account, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and expiration. When you create a registrant or member profile, we need to know your name, e-mail address, phone and mailing address and possibly Social Security or tax identification number to set-up the profile. We may use the information you provide to create and verify your account profile; process a submitted consultant agreement; fulfill your order; provide you with information and customer service in response to your specific request or respond to any of your other inquiries; provide you with information on MYQLIQUE’s services, either on a personalized or aggregate basis; improve the content and navigation on the Site; enforce MYQLIQUE’s Terms of Use; resolve disputes, prevent and detect fraud and otherwise help MYQLIQUE to comply with the law, regulation and/or legal process.

If you would like to access and modify the personal information you have provided to MYQLIQUE, please contact us at support@MYQLIQUE.com MYQLIQUE may share your PI with outside contractors or agents who help us manager our informational activities, but they may only use your PI to provide MYQLIQUE with a specific service and not for any other purpose.

Whether you place an order or create a profile, we use industry-standard secure server software (SSL) and encrypt the information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, we use commercially reasonable measures to protect the customer data against unauthorized access.
